Post Oak Mall Renovation - May Updated Images
Phase 1 tile removal begans in he Dillard's court. Aprox. 40' x 25' of the top layer of tile was removed.

Outside, working on the entrance by Case Ole'
Inside, still not much to see, but 95% of the neon has been removed and
junction boxes are being cut in the skylight wells for new sconces.
Post Oak Mall Renovation Details and Renderings Unveiled
Renderings unveiled as shopping center begins major enhancement project
This week Post Oak Mall unveiled architectural renderings that showcased the new look and feel for the shopping center. Upgrades announced include:
Remodel of the mall’s exterior entrances
New mall logo, signing and branding marks
New exterior directional signs for the mall ring road
Updated landscaping at mall entrances
Upgraded, energy-efficient lighting
Remodel of the mall floors
New Food Court layout, furnishings and seating plan that includes both standard and bar height seating options
Carpeted soft seating incorporated into the design
Fresh paint throughout the mall common areas
All of the enhancements are expected to be finished in November, with a “Grand Celebration” event being planned for shoppers to mark the completion of the project.
Updates on the progress of the mall can be found on the mall website, Facebook and Twitter.
Photographs above are from the merchant and media meetings that were held this week at Post Oak Mall.
During the meetings, more renderings were released and the Mall Management Team was on hand to answer questions.
